Solar Finance Management AG Private Placement

Placement of bonds completed

The placement of the two new Solar Finance Management AG bonds, the CHF bond: WKN A3KLDY / ISIN DE000A3KLDY2 and EUR bond: WKN A3KLDX / ISIN DE000A3KLDX4 was completed as planned.

The bond volume placed fell far short of management expectations. The reasons for this are the current crises, inflation, and the associated uncertainty in the financial markets.

General interest rate expectations, particularly in the second half of 2022, have increased sharply, with the result that we could not meet market expectations with our offering, particularly at the end of the placement phase.

The bond funds raised will be used to further stabilize and refinance the Group with matching maturities.
