The agreed interest rates on the bonds:

• WKN A1ZBQR/ ISIN LI 0231770210 (€)            Bond 1 (Private Placement)
• WKN A1ZBQ5/ ISIN LI 0231768966 (CHF)      Bond 2 (Private Placement)

were paid out to investors by the company on time on 30 November 2025.
